I'm including a few photos of each family's session below so you can see the variety of images a family might get in a session with me.

Family portraits shouldn't feel like a chore. They should feel like an adventure!  I always give clients the traditional camera-aware smiling family portrait. Later in the session, I do some more relaxed poses that allow a family to show their connection and love. I"ll capture those organic moments of real life as your family has fun together so that your photos show your unique family at your best.

Session Pricing and Information:

Beginning 4.1.2021 all sessions include customer receipt of all edited digital files and 1 tangible item. Details on tangible item choices are below!

For family and child portrait sessions, I offer 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes. If you have toddlers or tiny babies, I encourage you to choose a 30 minute session. If you have older children, go for the 60 minute session. And, if you're planning photos for a small family reunion where you'd like smaller family groupings as well as individual portraits of each child, choose the 90 minutes!

What do you get for 30 Minutes?

Typically, you would get 15-20 final images in the 30 minute set. If you're using the session just to capture a single child's portraits, you have time for 1-2 outfits.  We'll choose a location that best suits the needs of the child. If the 30 minute session is for a family of 4, for example, you would get two group poses and a portrait of each of the children. If you're using the 30 minute session for a family, please  prepare for everyone to arrive in the 1 outfit they're wearing for the session.

Cost: $300

What do you get for 60 Minutes?

Typically, you would get 30-40 images in the 60 minute set. A family breakdown would include 2-3 family poses, parents together, each child's portraits, portraits of the children together, parents with each child. This is based on a family of about 4-7 people. Generally, 1 outfit set is appropriate but you might be able to squeeze in a second if you're just switching jackets, scarves and shirts.

Cost: $450

 What do I get for 90 Minutes?

This session is great for a small family reunion or a photo session of all grandchildren and children and grandparents. You'll get a large group photo, a breakdown of each smaller family unit group, the parent couple together, all adult children with their parents in a group, all grandchildren with their grandparents, all grandchildren together, and portraits of each grandchild together.

Cost: $550

How it works:

After a session, clients typically receive a preview of a few edited images from their shoot. Two weeks from that date, clients receive all of their edited images and can view them through the secure online gallery. From there, clients receive a download for their own printing use. Further editing of the images is not allowed. Finally, clients select one tangible printed item as a gift from Photographic Memories. I really believe that having a physical image from the session is important and I want every client to leave with one! If clients want to order more prints, canvases, framed items or keepsakes, their online gallery is connected to a professional print lab. Ordered items are sent right to them.
